After years working in office management, workplace design and employee wellbeing, our founders, xxx and xxx, realised something.
Most managers hate DSE, and too many workplace assessments do the bare minimum, without taking the time to understand individual employees and how to make a difference to their daily lives.
They had become a box-ticking exercise. Forms were completed, reports were filed away, and the opportunity to create genuinely better working environments was often missed.
So we decided to do things differently.
